At the entrance of the traditional village, on the outer Pyrgos square, you will find the tavern called Perasma, with a view spreading over the town of Fira and the eastern side of Santorini. The tavern operates for 3 years.

At Perasma, you can rest and enjoy your meal, coffee, or drink in a cosy family atmosphere, before or after a nice stroll around Pyrgos.
You can choose among a great variety of dishes from the Greek cuisine, especially Santorini and Cretan tastes. 


The Perasma cuisine is genuinely traditional, including salads, appetisers, hot and cold meze such as tirotigano with home made pastry sheet, apaki (lean smoked pork), home-made dolmades, lamb cooked in the flower-pot, and many other traditional delicacies. You may accompany your food with home-made wine from the Santorini and Cretan vineyards.
