Pyrgos restaurant is situated in a privileged location of the village, and resembles an observation tower, offering magnificent view from the large windows. It has been operating for the last 20 years.

The restaurant is built in different levels and is surrounded by paved yards and trailing plants. You can enter either by the Wind Mill or by the small bridge. The interior is made with wood and volcanic stones in red and black color. The restaurant was recently renovated and expanded in order to organize receptions and social events.

The menu includes dishes from the Santorinian, the Greek and the Mediterranean cuisine and will satisfy even the most demanding gourmands. The local specialties are cooked with fresh Santorini products and there is also sea food and various meat dishes.
Among others we suggest that you taste lamp “kleftiko”, stuffed pork fillet with white sauce and mushrooms, spaghetti lobster. There is also a wide variety of appetizers.
